📦 Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

• Item must be unused
• In original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

📸 Damaged or Faulty Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
